About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the functionality and safety of all painting plants and associated systems through maintenance and monitoring
  • Control and monitor painting processes and main equipment, including air supply units, painting robots, flame treatment, and mixing rooms
  • Plan, control, and execute the maintenance of plants and equipment
  • Organize and oversee the cleaning of painting plants and auxiliary equipment (skids, masts, fixtures)
  • Stabilize and optimize painting processes and results to improve quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, HSE, Quality, Logistics, and Technical departments
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators such as OEE, paint scrap, technical malfunctions, and paint consumption
  • Work within a 3-shift system or weekend shifts, including on-call availability

Requirements

  • Completed technical training with a focus on mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, or pneumatics
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the maintenance of large-scale production plants
  • In-depth knowledge of painting processes and systems
  • Proficiency in IT and general computer applications
  • Problem-solving mindset and process-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with robotics and advanced application technologies
  • English language skills
