Paint Process Assistant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix paint, solvents, and catalysts
• Monitor and control viscosity, temperature, and humidity within paint booths
• Follow application parameters and assist in equipment setup
• Perform visual inspections of products during production runs
• Support line startups and troubleshoot process failures
• Clean nozzles, filters, and painting equipment
• Monitor and record baking graphs, temperature, and humidity data
• Support TPM activities and basic area maintenance
• Track scrap indicators and assist in continuous improvement actions
• Comply with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and safety standards

Requirements

• TSU in Processes or at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience in paint preparation and application
• Basic knowledge of painting equipment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work rotating shifts
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemical substance handling
