Paint Line Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated paint line equipment and systems
• Mix and prepare paint materials according to specifications
• Perform quality checks on material to ensure product specifications are met
• Maintain paint booth, spray equipment, and work area
• Manage waste generation, including hazardous waste segregation and transport
• Complete production records, quality checks, and required documentation
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on paint line equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Requirements

• 1 year of machine operator experience
• Forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to perform extensive standing, bending, lifting, and walking
• Experience with tuggers, overhead cranes, or hand tools is a plus
