Paint Line Associate

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of painting metal including setup, operation, and inspection
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all assigned tasks
• Perform quality checks on materials to ensure product specifications are met
• Manage waste generation, including segregation of recyclable and hazardous materials
• Operate waste water neutralization systems and maintain discharge compliance
• Complete production records, quality checks, and labels accurately
• Transport hazardous wastes to designated accumulation areas and prepare for shipment

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or maintenance experience
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist
• Capacity for extensive standing, bending, lifting, pulling, pushing, and walking
• Ability to operate equipment including tuggers, overhead cranes, and hand tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
