About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in innovation, development, and raw material substitution projects
- Conduct formulation trials, characterization tests, and stability monitoring
- Develop and test new paint formulas
- Test new raw materials and optimize cost-to-quality ratios for existing formulas
- Participate in pilot production and evaluate product performance
- Assist production site laboratories with formula transfers, rationalization, and improvements
- Support the colorimetry team with formula entry into tinting systems
- Contribute to complaint processing and competitive intelligence
- Write synthesis reports on completed studies
Requirements
- Bac +3 (Licence, Bachelor) in chemical formulation
- Initial experience in aqueous or solvent formulation, preferably in the paint sector
- Methodical and rigorous approach
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Dynamic and reactive mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills
