Paint Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct assigned painting staff in resolving complex preparation and painting projects
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and regulations
• Assess equipment, materials, and labor requirements to ensure projects meet standards while reducing waste
• Collaborate with managers, contractors, and vendors to implement and maintain services
• Maintain manual and electronic records, including work orders and program-mandated reports
• Manage and maintain assigned tools, supplies, equipment, and vehicles
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff regarding safety regulations and department procedures
• Perform complex preparation and painting activities to ensure timely and effective project completion

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Commercial/Industrial Painting
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
