Paint Attendant

Responsibilities

• Paint, print, and audit product quality to ensure compliance with technical specifications
• Check cleanliness of pH, water levels, and inks, and determine chemical concentrations
• Analyze color schemes and verify correct color matching
• Perform serigraphy and metal printing
• Prepare print setting techniques and check product parts to be painted
• Maintain documentation checklists and track all procedures
• Coordinate and train new personnel in the area
• Monitor paint parameters in accordance with quality plans

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Basic manufacturing line knowledge
• Ability to read and comprehend moderately complex instructions
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one or small group settings
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
