Pain Territory Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) to drive awareness and adoption of JOURNAVX.
• Develop deep expertise in the product's clinical attributes and educate HCPs on appropriate patient use.
• Implement strategic territory business plans to identify growth opportunities and patient-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with Pain Territory Account Managers (PTAMs) and other field team members to align business plans and hospital engagement strategies.
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed territory forecasts and budget expectations.
• Navigate territory dynamics, including stakeholder mapping, referral networks, and access barriers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in biotech sales.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Proficiency with Veeva CRM and other IT capabilities.
• Ability to travel by car or airplane up to 80% of the time, including 10-30% overnight travel.
• Must live and work within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience with successful product launches.
• Specific experience in the acute pain market.
• Experience engaging with retail pharmacies to ensure stocking and managed care pull-through.
• Experience implementing inpatient formularies, protocols, pathways, and order sets.
• Experience working effectively within a highly matrixed environment.
