Pain Territory Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with Health Care Professionals to drive awareness and adoption of JOURNAVX
• Develop expertise on product clinical attributes and educate HCPs on appropriate patient use
• Implement strategic territory business plans to identify growth opportunities and patient-focused solutions
• Collaborate with field team members, including Pain Territory Account Managers and medical teams, to align business strategies
• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed territory forecasts and budget expectations
• Navigate territory dynamics, including stakeholder mapping, referral networks, and market barriers

Requirements

• 5+ years of biotech sales experience
• Proven experience with product launches, specifically in the acute pain space
• Experience engaging with retail pharmacies to ensure stocking and managed care pull-through
• Experience implementing inpatient formularies, protocols, and order sets
• Proficiency with Veeva CRM and other IT capabilities to support business needs
• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight travel
