About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key institutional decision makers and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
- Drive sales growth and generate advocacy for the US Pain Business Unit
- Navigate the formulary process to ensure timely inclusion of products on hospital pathways and protocols
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to identify business opportunities and patient-focused solutions
- Educate healthcare professionals on product clinical attributes and patient unmet needs
- Collaborate with field medical, HEOR, and payer account teams to create aligned business plans
- Manage territory performance to meet or exceed sales forecasts and assigned budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of biotech sales experience, ideally with hospital or institutional product launch experience
- 3+ years of Account Management experience with the ability to leverage existing institutional relationships
- Proven ability to navigate hospital systems and engage formulary management
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including potential overnight travel
- Must reside within the assigned territory (Los Angeles Metro preferred)
