Pain Medicine Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed clinical evaluations of patients suffering from chronic and acute pain
• Develop and implement personalized pain management treatment plans using pharmacologic and interventional methods
• Conduct interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, and radiofrequency ablations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals including physiotherapists, psychologists, and general physicians
• Educate patients and their families regarding pain management strategies and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain thorough medical records and comply with healthcare regulations

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Pain Medicine, Anesthesiology, or a related field
• Board certification in Pain Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in managing chronic and acute pain conditions
• Proficiency in performing a wide array of interventional pain management procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
