Paid Social Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute paid social strategies including budget allocation, media planning, reporting, and forecasting
• Manage campaign setup and trafficking across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn
• Develop and implement testing frameworks to uncover actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and platform partners to optimize performance
• Utilize proprietary technology, Alli, to streamline workflows and analyze data
• Take ownership of project timelines and deliverables to meet strategic goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in paid social strategy or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Intermediate expertise in Paid Social and Content Marketing
• Foundational knowledge of Marketing Metrics and Marketing Planning & Analysis
• Proficiency in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and SQL
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
