Paid Social & Search Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Build and execute full funnel media buying strategies (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retargeting)
• Write, test, and optimize high-converting ad copy
• Manage paid media budgets, forecasting, and channel allocation
• Translate data into actionable insights using Google Analytics
• Lead the creative learning agenda and develop performance-driven creative briefs for UGC and design teams
• Direct creative reviews for static and video assets, focusing on hooks and transitions
• Integrate AI tools for generative creatives and workflow improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of performance marketing experience in a brand or agency setting
• Hands-on experience with paid search and paid social channels
• Professional working proficiency in German (B2 minimum) for ad copywriting
• Proven ability to manage creative teams, agencies, or UGC creators
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CVR, CTR)
• Proficiency with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
• Experience with project management systems
• Experimental mindset regarding AI tools in marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with creative analytics platforms like Motion
