Paid Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of paid social media activation to drive brand equity and omnichannel revenue.
• Direct full-funnel activation strategies across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Manage day-to-day operations with external agency partners to ensure KPI delivery and brand alignment.
• Oversee regional social media strategies, including localized platforms like Red, LINE, and Kakao.
• Cultivate direct relationships with major social platforms to secure alpha/beta testing and exclusive placements.
• Drive operational efficiency by embedding automation and AI-driven practices into campaign workflows.
• Lead the social asset management lifecycle to ensure content is optimized for platform-specific requirements.
• Mentor and develop a Paid Social Media Specialist to foster a high-performing team culture.

Requirements

• 4 years of social media experience at a brand or media agency.
• Strong knowledge of the paid social and digital media landscape.
• Proven experience managing large-scale budgets.
• Strong understanding of digital measurement, attribution, and analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the luxury category.
• Experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple global markets (EMEA, US, APAC).
