Responsibilities

• Own the paid growth strategy for the UK market with a strong focus on Meta advertising
• Manage and optimise 7 figure monthly media budgets
• Partner with creative teams to develop, test, and scale high-performing Meta ad creatives
• Lead ongoing experimentation across creative, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and landing pages
• Drive a creative-first testing culture using performance insights to iterate results
• Stay ahead of Meta platform developments and healthcare advertising policies
• Analyse campaign and funnel performance using attribution, analytics, and BI tools
• Work cross-functionally with product, CRO, engineering, and brand teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager
• Proven experience managing and scaling large paid social budgets
• Strong understanding of creative-led performance marketing and full-funnel optimisation
• Experience building campaigns focused on customer acquisition, ROI, LTV, and retention
• Experience in D2C, consumer, subscription, or digital health businesses is highly desirable
• Familiarity with UK consumer behaviour and performance marketing best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
