Paid Social and Influencer Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute the paid media roadmap by building, uploading, and launching high-volume ad campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
• Source and recruit micro-influencers and creators that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Write clear, conversion-focused creative briefs for influencers using defined hooks and angles.
• Review, QA, and approve all incoming influencer deliverables to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Monitor campaign delivery to identify and escalate anomalies, spend spikes, or pacing issues.
• Assist with performance reporting by extracting data from Meta, TikTok, and influencer tracking tools.
• Identify and engage creators through Meta and TikTok marketplaces to foster ongoing partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in paid social media operations and managing high-volume influencer or creator programs.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong ability to write conversion-focused creative briefs and effectively QA social content.
• Basic digital editing skills, including resizing visual assets and sourcing trending audio.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage a high-volume ad upload pipeline.
• Ability to work self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
