Paid Social Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage paid social campaigns across major platforms, ensuring activity is set up, optimised, and delivered smoothly
• Turn performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients
• Help shape testing roadmaps, platform innovation plans, and channel growth opportunities
• Work with clients and internal teams to ensure KPIs and measurement frameworks are commercially meaningful
• Maintain close oversight of budgets, pacing, quality assurance, and financial accuracy
• Support and coach junior team members through effective delegation and feedback
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders through proactive and clear communication

Requirements

• Proven experience in paid social strategy, activation, and campaign management
• Hands-on platform knowledge, specifically with Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Experience managing campaigns for both brand and performance objectives
• Strong understanding of data, measurement, and reporting
• Confidence in presenting performance insights directly to clients
• High attention to detail regarding budgets, QA, and campaign delivery
• A proactive approach to testing new platform features and innovations
• Ability to collaborate effectively and support the development of junior staff
