Paid Social Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day client contact for paid social activity and build trusted relationships
• Lead regular status calls, performance reviews, and campaign readouts
• Translate client briefs into effective paid social strategies and activation plans
• Manage client expectations, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Lead the setup, activation, and ongoing optimisation of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X
• Own budget management, pacing, and optimisation strategies to ensure KPI delivery
• Develop audience, creative, and testing strategies
• Oversee production of high-quality performance reports and actionable insights
• Line manage, mentor, and support Account Executives and Senior Executives
• Collaborate with planning, creative, data, and analytics teams

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns in an agency or performance marketing environment
• Hands-on expertise across major platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, optimisation levers, and testing frameworks
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and budgets effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience line managing or mentoring junior team members
• Platform certifications (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Experience working with large or complex client accounts
