About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead paid social strategy and performance delivery for Meta’s global campaigns, from planning through to optimisation
  • Build strong client relationships by translating performance data into clear, actionable insights
  • Design and evolve testing roadmaps across platforms including TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy in budgets, tracking, and reporting
  • Explore new platform features, tools, and automation to keep campaigns at the cutting edge
  • Support and develop team members within a collaborative and inclusive environment

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering paid social campaigns and shaping strategy across multiple platforms
  • Strong client management skills with the confidence to present ideas and influence direction
