Paid Search Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and operationalisation of search strategy, including campaign architecture and market launch sequencing
• Define and own KPIs and dashboards for performance, budget pacing, and incremental ROI
• Scale campaigns across international markets through localisation, audience strategies, and creative testing
• Set governance, access controls, and automation guardrails for ad accounts
• Design and run test & learn frameworks to identify scalable growth levers
• Line-manage a Performance Marketing Executive, providing coaching and development
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and tech teams to optimize funnels and data capture

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering and scaling paid search for enterprise clients or large businesses
• Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Microsoft Ads
• Strong experience with automated bidding, campaign experimentation, and feed management
• Proven ability to manage multi-million pound budgets and build financial forecasts
• Experience working across international markets with a focus on localisation
• Technical proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing APIs
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in B2B lead generation or large-scale e-commerce
