Paid Motion Designer

Responsibilities

• Produce a high volume of motion ad variations, iterating fast based on performance data and creative feedback.
• Translate brand essence into captivating visual assets for diverse audiences across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
• Interpret performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, engagement) to connect creative decisions to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Champion innovation by experimenting with new motion techniques and AI-native tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in motion design specifically for paid media channels.
• Background in performance marketing or user acquisition (UA) ads.
• Proficiency with AI-native tools such as RunwayML, Midjourney, Kling, or Adobe Firefly.
• Expert skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong video editing skills to own the full creative process from concept to final cut.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative iterations.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• A portfolio showcasing motion work across digital or paid channels.
