About the role
Responsibilities
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest to drive international growth.
- Manage campaign elements including ad copywriting, keyword selection, targeting adjustments, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate with the Image and Brand teams to update visuals and ensure brand alignment.
- Supervise shopping feed optimization to ensure effective campaign distribution.
- Test new channels, formats, and audiences through regular A/B testing of content and user journeys.
- Conduct competitive and sector research to identify high-potential opportunities and continuous improvement areas.
- Build regular reports using Google Analytics and internal dashboards to track customer journeys and profitability.
- Cross-reference data from Shopify and media platforms to extract actionable insights for the digital strategy.
Requirements
- Higher education degree with a specialization in digital marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in Paid Media, including SEA and Social Ads management.
- Full proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce performance strategies and environments.
- Advanced data analysis skills, specifically using Google Analytics.
- Professional fluency in English.
- High level of rigor, autonomy, and a collaborative team spirit.
