Paid Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategic planning and execution of ATL and digital media campaigns across the UK and Ireland
• Manage day-to-day relationships with media agencies, ensuring best-in-class planning, buying, and optimization
• Oversee multi-million pound budget allocations to ensure efficient spend and maximum commercial ROI
• Deep dive into campaign performance to extract actionable insights and inform future marketing activity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, and Campaign teams to ensure integrated media plans
• Identify and test new growth opportunities through emerging platforms, formats, and technologies
• Own reporting frameworks and communicate complex performance trends to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-channel media budgets (Digital & ATL)
• Expertise in developing cohesive media strategies that connect brand building with commercial outcomes
• Strong agency management experience with a track record of delivering high-performance results
• Highly data-driven analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex performance data
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for working across diverse teams
• Passion for media innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
