Paid Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Own and execute full-funnel remarketing strategies to re-engage visitors and improve ROAS
• Manage and optimize display campaigns across Google Display Network and programmatic platforms
• Partner with the creative team to test ad variations, including copy, visuals, and formats
• Develop and refine audience segments using lookalikes, custom audiences, and intent-based targeting
• Monitor daily campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency
• Ensure proper tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution across all campaigns
• Maintain performance dashboards and report on key metrics such as CPA, CTR, and conversion rates

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid social, display, or digital advertising
• Proven experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong understanding of remarketing strategies and funnel-based marketing
• Proficiency with data, analytics tools, and performance metrics
• Highly organized and able to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with programmatic or advanced display platforms
• Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking, and attribution models
• Experience working on marketplace, SaaS, or DTC products
