About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a Paid Media subject matter expert to develop, execute, and report on strategies that support client goals
- Lead strategic planning sessions, team meetings, and conduct regular one-on-one performance feedback sessions
- Review team deliverables and provide constructive feedback to ensure high quality
- Assist in new business efforts, including sales pitches and client presentations
- Create and execute educational initiatives, such as internal resources and training sessions for the paid media team
- Stay updated on emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements
- Collaborate with other departments to develop integrated digital marketing strategies
- Manage relationships with vendors and agency partners
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media management
- Proven experience managing large budgets across multiple channels including paid search, social, display, retargeting, and video
- Proficiency with programmatic platforms and media buys
- Strong technical skills in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, social, email, and PR
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
