Paid Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a Paid Media subject matter expert for the team
• Develop, execute, manage, and report on paid media strategies that support client goals
• Lead strategic planning sessions and team meetings
• Review deliverables and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Assist in new business efforts and sales pitches
• Create and execute educational initiatives, such as internal resources and training sessions
• Stay updated on emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide guidance and performance feedback
• Work closely with vendors and agency partners
• Collaborate with other departments to develop integrated digital marketing strategies

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media
• Proven experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc.)
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, social, email, and PR
• Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Working knowledge of bid management and ad serving platforms
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure
