About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a Paid Media subject matter expert to develop, execute, and manage strategies that support client goals
- Lead strategic planning sessions, team meetings, and assist in new business sales pitches
- Review deliverables and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide guidance and performance feedback to the paid media team
- Help create educational initiatives, internal resources, and training sessions for the team
- Stay updated on emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements
- Work closely with vendors, agency partners, and other departments to develop integrated digital marketing strategies
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media
- Proven experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc.)
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys
- Strong working knowledge of bid management and ad serving platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
