Paid Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a Paid Media subject matter expert to develop, execute, and report on strategies that support client goals
• Lead strategic planning sessions and team meetings to drive performance
• Review deliverables and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Assist in new business efforts and sales pitches
• Create and execute educational initiatives, such as internal resources and training sessions, for the paid media team
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide guidance and performance feedback
• Work closely with vendors, agency partners, and other departments to develop integrated digital marketing strategies
• Stay updated on emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media
• Proven experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc.)
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys
• Strong working knowledge of bid management and ad serving platforms
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
