Paid Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a paid media subject matter expert to develop, execute, and manage strategies that support client goals
• Lead strategic planning sessions, team meetings, and provide feedback on team deliverables
• Manage large-scale campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and video
• Assist in new business efforts and sales pitches to drive agency growth
• Create educational initiatives and internal training resources for the paid media team
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide guidance and performance feedback to team members
• Stay updated on emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements
• Collaborate with other departments to develop integrated digital marketing strategies

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media management
• Proven experience managing large budgets across multiple digital advertising channels
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Strong experience with programmatic platforms and media buys
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with bid management/ad serving platforms
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, social, email, and PR
• Excellent research, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
