Paid Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a paid media subject matter expert to develop, execute, and manage strategies that support client goals
• Lead strategic planning sessions, team meetings, and assist in new business sales pitches
• Review deliverables and provide performance feedback to team members through regular one-on-one meetings
• Create and execute educational initiatives, such as internal resources and training sessions for the team
• Stay updated on emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements
• Work closely with vendors, agency partners, and other departments to develop integrated digital marketing strategies
• Manage and report on large-scale campaigns across search, social, display, and retargeting channels

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media management
• Proven experience managing large budgets across multiple channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and video
• Proficiency with programmatic platforms and media buys
• Strong technical experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with bid management and ad serving platforms
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, social, email, and PR
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
