Paid Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a paid media subject matter expert to develop, execute, and manage strategies that support client goals
• Lead strategic planning sessions, team meetings, and assist in new business sales pitches
• Review deliverables and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide guidance and performance feedback to the paid media team
• Help create educational initiatives, internal resources, and training sessions for the team
• Stay updated on emerging industry trends, technologies, and platform advancements
• Work closely with vendors, agency partners, and other departments to develop integrated digital marketing strategies

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media management
• Proven experience managing large budgets across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and video
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics including SEO, social, email, and PR
• Proficiency with programmatic platforms and media buys
• Experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
• Strong working knowledge of bid management and ad serving platforms
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
