Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more
- Manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to hit KPIs
- Write high-converting ad copy that grabs, hooks, and sells
- Collaborate with design and video teams to create compelling creative assets
- Analyze campaign data daily including CTR, CVR, ROAS, and CPA
- Use GA4, ad platforms, and heatmaps to inform optimizations
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a direct response focus
- Proven results managing $60K+/month in ad spend
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
- Strong copywriting skills for high-converting ad copy
- Sharp analytical skills and ability to interpret dashboards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth startups
- Agency background managing multiple client accounts
- Familiarity with ClickFunnels, WebinarJam, or HubSpot
- Passion for books, learning, and personal development
