About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimize full-funnel paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Monitor daily and weekly campaign performance and conduct A/B testing on creatives and audiences
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and extract actionable insights from campaign data
- Develop and refine audience segmentation and remarketing strategies
- Partner with creative, content, and product teams to improve ad assets and landing page conversion rates
- Assist in pacing and managing paid media budgets to align with growth metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in paid digital media or performance marketing
- Strong operational experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Comprehensive understanding of digital media metrics including CPC, CPA, CPM, ROAS, and CTR
- Foundational knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Grade 12 required; diploma or degree in Marketing/Business is advantageous
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Experience running B2B lead generation campaigns
- Experience within fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startup ecosystems
