About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day campaigns across paid digital channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, display, and programmatic retargeting
  • Manage and optimize budget allocation to support pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and return on ad spend
  • Support organic social media activity on LinkedIn to build audience engagement and brand visibility
  • Build, test, and optimize campaign creative, audience targeting, and landing page experiences to improve conversion rates
  • Monitor paid channel performance in response to shifting buyer behavior driven by AI search and emerging digital trends
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate UTM tracking, attribution, and reporting within HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Revenue Marketing teams to align paid programs with ABM account lists and global pipeline priorities
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis across paid search and social to identify market gaps and opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid digital marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Proficiency in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including experience with Microsoft Ads
  • Experience supporting both organic and paid social media programs in a B2B context
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with performance dashboards and interpreting attribution data
  • Experience using HubSpot and Salesforce for lead tracking and funnel reporting
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones as part of a globally distributed team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), compliance, or enterprise SaaS industries
  • Understanding of how AI is reshaping digital discovery, including AEO and GEO trends
