Paid Advertising Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, launching, and monitoring of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ad concepts based on current trends and high-performing "hook" styles
• Draft compelling, punchy ad copy tailored to different audiences and funnel stages
• Pull weekly performance data to track key metrics including CTR, ROAS, and CPA
• Help manage A/B testing experiments for headlines, visuals, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates

Requirements

• Digital native with a deep understanding of social media nuances across different platforms
• Analytical mindset with comfort using spreadsheets to find the "why" behind performance data
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create persuasive, scroll-stopping copy
• Strong curiosity regarding how algorithms work and the evolving digital privacy landscape
