About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop proactive work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets
- Manage and close work orders in the asset management system, including labor and parts data
- Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Operate, monitor, and maintain facility systems and respond to abnormal conditions
- Troubleshoot non-operational equipment and execute modifications as instructed by engineers
- Document service logs for repairs, inspections, installations, and parts replacement
- Mentor and provide guidance to lower-level roles to enhance organizational performance
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent commensurate work experience
- 8+ years of related work experience
- Proficiency in equipment diagnosis and technical repair
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
