Paediatric Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, implement and review patients ranging from 0-18 years old
• Administer medications, draw blood, and give childhood vaccinations
• Receive handovers and manage a caseload of patients
• Encourage family involvement in patient care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy ward environment

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration
• At least 6 months recent UK NHS experience in the Paediatric Sector
• Ability to provide clinical references and 3 years of employment history
• Enhanced DBS or ability to apply for one
• Proof of right to work in the UK
