Paediatric Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet the unique needs of each child
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with hospital policies
• Monitor patients’ conditions and perform clinical observations
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and professional development
• Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for patient recovery

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid RCN registration
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a clinical setting
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
