Paediatric Community Speech and Language Therapist

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and deliver therapy to children with speech, language, and communication needs
• Support verbal pupils within an autism-specific primary and secondary school setting
• Develop and implement tailored intervention plans in collaboration with school staff and families
• Monitor student progress and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
• Experience working with paediatric caseloads
• Experience within autism-specialist settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
