We are expanding rapidly across the US, including locations in Brooklyn, Nashville, Atlanta, and Denver, offering an unparalleled playing experience and a thriving community for players of all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private lessons, group clinics, and other programs tailored to players of all skill levels
• Design and lead structured training sessions that develop technique, tactics, and match play
• Support member onboarding by introducing new players to the sport and club culture
• Coordinate with club staff to manage court scheduling and coaching calendars
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and hospitality on and off the court

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Experience with padel at a competitive or high coaching level
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive and energetic presence
• Strong communication skills and passion for teaching
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified padel coach or equivalent national federation certification
