Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including courts, front desk, pro shop, food & beverage, and locker rooms
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with US regulations
• Drive revenue growth through court bookings, coaching programs, events, and tournaments
• Develop and sell memberships to B2C and corporate clients
• Prospect and convert local businesses, universities, and sports communities into partners
• Recruit, train, and manage a multidisciplinary team of front desk, coaches, and F&B staff
• Track and analyze KPIs including revenue, margins, costs, and court occupancy
• Execute local marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in sports facility management, hospitality, or a commercial environment
• Strong commercial drive and prospecting skills
• Experience managing or coordinating a team is a plus
• Knowledge of the Cincinnati area and local business ecosystem is an advantage
• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
