PACS Lab Manager

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) software and configuration
• Perform technical conformance testing of PACS to validate FICAM compliance
• Test vendor hardware and software for credential authentication and security vulnerabilities
• Conduct Personal Identity Verification (PIV) and PIV-I Card Testing
• Coordinate with PACS vendors for system installations and upgrades
• Communicate with stakeholders during bi-annual vendor forum meetings
• Track and record detailed technical information

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in ICAM or related fields (cybersecurity, IT compliance)
• Ten years of progressive experience in information security
• Ten years of experience providing technical leadership on information security projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of FIPS 201, HSPD-12, and relevant NIST publications
• Expertise in test design and execution for government systems
• Proficiency with testing tools such as CCT, CPCT, and SP 800-85B
• Understanding of PIV credential security and PKI infrastructure
• United States Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain government background investigation clearance
• Must obtain CSEIP certification within 6 months of start date
