Packout Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of fulfillment processes to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
• Maintain the fulfillment line to ensure zero downtime and no workflow interruptions
• Proactively shift team members to eliminate bottlenecks or slowdowns
• Support Quality Control (QC) and inventory control processes
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times
• Monitor and address distractions, idle time, or excessive cell phone usage
• Apply proper labeling practices and accuracy standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fast, practical problem-solving mindset under pressure
• Highly organized with strong time and task management skills
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Mon-Fri)
