Packing Operator

Responsibilities

• Execute pharmaceutical packing processes and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and promptly
• Maintain strict compliance with safety guidelines and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
• Identify and resolve non-routine technical problems and process improvements
• Manage personal workflow and assist in training or mentoring less-experienced colleagues
• Maintain accurate records, monitor equipment usage, and generate necessary reports
• Collaborate with supervisors on investigations and process optimizations to ensure high-quality manufacturing standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Proficiency in standard office software and manufacturing systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Familiarity with Pfizer's Learning Solution and Quality Tracking System
• Ability to mentor colleagues and adapt to changing priorities
