Packing Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate within Baxter documentation procedures to meet safety, quality, and performance guidelines
• Complete batch paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
• Identify and reject quality defects, escalating issues to the team leader when necessary
• Maintain optimum line performance by adjusting machinery within validated parameters
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning of equipment and the work area
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and adopt new ways of working

Requirements

• Good standard of English comprehension (reading, writing, and verbal communication)
• Experience working within a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment
• Strong attention to detail when performing routine, repetitive tasks
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to follow set standards and ways of working
• Flexible schedule to accommodate rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday, day and night shifts)
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a regulated production environment such as Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Food
• Experience with batch processing and packing operations
