About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of packers, providing guidance, training, and support
- Oversee and assist with packing orders in accordance with SLA
- Plan and prioritize packing activities to meet fulfillment targets
- Inspect and ensure the quality of packed items against client specifications
- Run productivity reports and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (CloudX)
- Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and report shortages
- Enforce safety protocols and best practices
- Provide coaching to staff on productivity and work improvement
Requirements
- One to two years of related warehouse experience
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic English proficiency
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Ability to lift and move objects 10-30 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
