About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of packers, providing guidance, training, and support
  • Oversee and assist with packing orders in accordance with SLA
  • Plan and prioritize packing activities to meet fulfillment targets
  • Inspect and ensure the quality of packed items against client specifications
  • Run productivity reports and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (CloudX)
  • Monitor inventory levels of packing materials and report shortages
  • Enforce safety protocols and best practices
  • Provide coaching to staff on productivity and work improvement

Requirements

  • One to two years of related warehouse experience
  • Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Ability to lift and move objects 10-30 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
