Responsibilities

• Perform production duties including transport, wrapping, and boxing products
• Build boxes and crates according to SOPs and work instructions
• Produce consistent, high-quality work within production timelines
• Meet output and quality goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Communicate effectively with department leadership

Requirements

• Intermediate-level packing and handling skills
• Trained in quality control inspection
• High manual dexterity and ability to use tools and equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing for extended periods
• Ability to climb ladders and operate heavy machinery
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in a high-paced environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization
