Responsibilities

• Follow process sheets when packing and report any quality issues
• Record and maintain packing rates and report all scrap
• Count production labels, pallets, and finished goods
• Maintain a customer-focused mindset and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work effectively within a team environment

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs occasionally
• Process and detail oriented
• Team oriented
• Manufacturing experience and basic mechanical abilities preferred
