Responsibilities

• Follow process sheets when packing and report any quality issues
• Record and maintain packing rates and report all scrap
• Count production labels, pallets, and finished goods
• Maintain a customer-focused mindset and identify opportunities for improvement
• Perform physical tasks including occasional lifting of up to 50lbs
• Work effectively within a team environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Team-oriented mindset
• Process and detail-oriented approach
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs occasionally
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic mechanical abilities preferred

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $16.50 per hour
• Shift premium of $1.00 per hour for the 2nd shift
