Packer (Milling)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packing machines for milled starch products
• Pack, weigh, seal, and label finished products according to production specifications
• Perform routine quality checks on packaging, weight accuracy, and product appearance
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packing area in compliance with GMP and food safety standards
• Report equipment malfunctions, packaging defects, or product quality issues to the supervisor
• Record packing quantities, production data, and material usage accurately
• Follow HSE procedures and ensure safe handling of products and packaging materials

Requirements

• High School, ITI, or Diploma qualification
• 1–3 years of experience in the starch manufacturing industry
• Experience operating packing or bagging machines in a manufacturing environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
